01 / Sound familiar

If you’re honest, chances are.

  • i.You’ve read the books. Tolle, Adyashanti, half a shelf of Osho. Something was understood. Nothing changed.
  • ii.You meditate, or you used to. The streak grew. The 3am arguments in your head didn’t stop.
  • iii.Retreats and workshops lift you for a week. Then the old patterns walk back in like they own the place.
  • iv.You’re tired of the incense, the playlists, the vocabulary. You want something that actually works.
  • v.And quietly, you suspect the problem was never your boss, your partner, or your childhood. It’s how your own mind runs.

If any of that landed, nothing is wrong with you. Nobody ever showed you how you manufacture your own suffering. That is exactly what this course shows you. Then it shows you how to stop.

02 / What this is

This is Highway to Freedom.

A structured, self-paced course built from forty-plus years of practice. Seven video Satsangs with Vishrant, each with daily practices you can run inside a job, a family and a mortgage.

It teaches reality, not spirituality. Vishrant strips out the beliefs, the rituals and the superstition and leaves a clear, actionable process: maturity, meditation, witnessing the mind, acceptance and surrender, openness, healing, self-inquiry. Nothing to believe. Everything to look at.

Simple, not easy. Vishrant never says raising your consciousness is easy. It is the hardest work a human being can do, which is why almost nobody does it. The only requirements are an open mind and the willingness to have an honest look at how you operate.

The structure does the work. Watch a Satsang. Sit with what he said. Do the practice. Move on when you’re ready. There’s no clock ticking on the back end. You enrol once. The course is yours for life.

03 / What you’ll learn

What you’ll learn to do.

Not concepts to agree with. Capacities you build, one practice at a time.

i.

Take back authorship of how you feel.

ii.

Get out of your head and into reality.

iii.

Watch your mind instead of obeying it.

iv.

See the beliefs that run you, and undo them.

v.

End resistance. That ends the suffering.

vi.

Drop the armour that blocks love.

vii.

Empty out old pain instead of managing it.

viii.

Turn awareness back on what you actually are.

04 / The curriculum

Seven modules. In order.

Each module is a video Satsang with Vishrant plus daily practices. They build on each other. Module two assumes you sat with module one. Take them in order the first time. Return to them in any order after.

  1. I.

    Maturity. Take the wheel back.

    • Nobody has ever made you feel anything. Watch how you do it to yourself.
    • Anger and blame seen for what they are, and what giving instead of taking actually changes.
    • Practices: full responsibility for your feelings, evening self-reflection, one act of kindness a day.
  2. II.

Meditation. Out of the head, into the present.

    • Reality is what you can hear, see, feel, smell and touch. Everything you think is imaginary.
    • Formal sitting, plus how to be in meditation all day, including Vishrant’s Walking in Zen.
    • Practices: breath awareness, walking meditation, mindful check-ins.
  3. III.

Witnessing the mind. The wild animal.

    • Watch your mind the way you’d watch a wild animal: its defences, its agendas, its dishonesties.
    • You’ll get caught in the dream of thought. You come back. Over time a silent witness develops.
    • Practices: thought observation, non-judgmental journaling, questioning what the mind tells you.
  4. IV.

Acceptance and surrender. The end of resistance.

    • Every time you resist, you suffer. See the mechanism running in your own life.
    • Find the belief that says life should be different. Challenge it. Undo it. The suffering goes with it.
    • Practices: the letting-go list, one hard acceptance each morning, releasing on the out-breath.
  5. V.

    Openness. Taking the armour down.

    • You were born without defences. The closures came later. They now block the love they were built to protect.
    • How to walk through the world undefended, in flow, without contraction.
    • Practices: openness in conversation, vulnerability check-ins, daily reminders to stay open.
  6. VI.

Healing wounding. Felt fully once, then gone.

    • The pain you carry only needs to be felt completely once. Not managed. Gone.
    • How to warmly welcome what comes up instead of distracting yourself from it.
    • When it’s wise to bring in an experienced therapist, and what kind to look for.
  7. VII.

    Self-inquiry. Who am I?

    • Turning awareness back on itself: the question that undoes the separate self.
    • The Zen method and the Advaita Vedanta method, both taught plainly.
    • A guided self-inquiry session recorded by Vishrant, to practice with.

“The seeker is not a believer. The seeker is an investigator and wants to find out for themselves what is true.

Vishrant

05 / Who’s teaching it
Vishrant.

Vishrant. Reality teacher.

Australian, based in Perth. Osho lineage. Forty-plus years of practice. Vishrant doesn’t sell awakening. He points at what’s already underneath the noise.

He has nothing to sell you about who you should become. The work is recognition, not improvement. The teaching is what he’s seen for himself, said plainly, with no robes, no chants, no ten-step model. The course is forty-plus years of that, structured.

The full bio lives on the about page.

06 / The myths

This isn’t spirituality. It’s reality.

The word enlightenment carries a lot of bulldust. The course opens by clearing it. Three myths, gone.

“You have to renounce your life.”

You can do this work inside a career, a family and a mortgage. You don’t have to give up everything to wake up. You just have to give up you.

“Enlightenment is for special people.”

Enlightenment is ordinary. It is you without the dream of who you think you are. It’s available to anyone willing to do the work.

“You can do it alone.”

The effort is yours, but there is no substitute for an awake teacher. Guidance from someone who has found what you’re looking for, and others doing the same work beside you.

Higher consciousness is about reality, nothing else. This course teaches you to separate the bulldust from reality.

07 / From students

In their own words.

I did Vishrant’s Highway to Freedom course not really knowing what to expect, and it far exceeded anything I’d imagined. I’d spent years doing the spiritual thing: reading, meditating, collecting nice ideas, but none of it ever really landed. Nothing actually changed. This did. The thing I noticed most was the mental chatter settling down. All that constant commentary I’d assumed was just me, a lot of it just went quiet. And the biggest shift is how much less reactive I am now. Stuff that used to set me off just doesn’t grab me the same way anymore. If you’re properly done with collecting more spiritual ideas and you actually want to look at what’s going on, I can’t recommend it enough.

08 / Weeks from now

Where this goes if you do the work.

Enlightenment doesn’t land on a noisy mind. This course prepares the ground for it: quietens the chatter, loosens the beliefs, ends the resistance. The changes below are how you know the work is landing.

  1. i.

You catch the moment a story starts running, before it carries you for a day.

  2. ii.

You stop taking your thoughts as orders. They become suggestions you can decline.

  3. iii.

You sit in meditation without needing it to do anything for you. The needing was the loop.

  4. iv.

You stop building cases against people who haven’t done anything to you.

  5. v.

You take less personally. The same comment from the same person stops costing you a week.

  6. vi.

You sleep better. Fewer arguments running in your head when you put it down.

  7. vii.

You find more love in your life by removing what was blocking it, not by trying harder.

These aren’t promises. They’re what tends to happen when sincere seekers actually do the work in this course. Take it. See what happens for you.

09 / Who this is for

No prerequisites. Honest filter.

The course doesn’t work on everyone, because not everyone wants what it’s pointing at. If any of these are you, you’re in the right place.

If this is you.

  • i.You’ve read enough books. You want to do the work, not read about it.
  • ii.You have a meditation practice and it feels stuck. You can’t tell if it’s doing anything.
  • iii.You suspect your suffering is mostly self-generated and you want to see how.
  • iv.You sit between retreats and want structured work in the gap.
  • v.You’ve heard Vishrant in Satsang and want a deeper, ordered version of what he does.

Free Satsang runs online every week. The June retreat is four days, online, live in AWST. Course Two opens what Jesus actually taught underneath two thousand years of religion. The videos hold the Buddha Field between all of it.
